The River Mountains are a non-motorized use area.  The River Mountains Loop Trail is a non-motorized trail.   
No ATVs, no OHVs, no motorcycles, no dirt bikes.

Seventy (70) of these 134 pound pre-cast cement posts would be set along the trail, one every half mile or as needed.  

These posts would extend about 24" out of the ground and would be a light tan in color.
