The River Mountains are a non-motorized use area.  The River Mountains Loop Trail is a non-motorized trail.   
No ATVs, no OHVs, no motorcycles, no dirt bikes.

East plug has been removed.

 Please do not go here.  This is a restricted area.  In addition the tunnel roof has not been stabilized.

This work platform is on tractor belts and it moves with the work area.

If you look closely you can see the bolts anchoring the mesh.  Mesh at right is being installed on roof from work platform.

It is dark in the tunnel, and this is one of two light stands.
